C. Bradley Cronk, R.A., LEED AP

Design Consultant

Mr. Cronk earned his Master of Architecture at Columbia University where he was awarded with the New York Society of Architects Award. He graduated cum laude from Washington University with a B.A. and a major in architecture. Mr. Cronk has worked at several architectural firms as an architectural designer and as a senior project manager at an internationally renowned curtain wall consulting firm. In addition to receiving numerous design awards, Mr. Cronk has traveled extensively through private fellowships and professional work experience, studying architecture and building technology in Europe, Russia, Scandinavia, and Southeast Asia. Since joining LePatner & Associates, Mr. Cronk has contributed articles to the LePatner Report on green building, mold liability for owners and architects, building construction, and contemporary construction management technologies. He has spoken at continuing education seminars sponsored by Lorman Education Services and at AIA regional conventions. Mr. Cronk is a licensed architect in New York State and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Mr. Cronk serves as an owner's representative for BBL&A clients during the design, construction and close-out of their projects and leads forensic evaluations and property condition assessments. He also acts as an in-house design and construction advisor to LePatner & Associates attorneys in a variety of client matters and is responsible for the firm's web site and other marketing efforts.
