Jeffrey W. Kleiner, Esq. Associate

Jeffrey W. Kleiner is a graduate of the Honors Program of the University of Maryland, College Park, and Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Kleiner joined the firm in 2008 and specializes in fields of commercial and real estate litigation, construction and real estate-related commercial transactional matters and related appellant work.

Prior to joining LePatner, Mr. Kleiner practiced for over five years in the fields of legal malpractice litigation, miscellaneous professional liability, and insurance coverage litigation. In addition to the representation of clients in legal malpractice and other commercial litigation claims, Mr. Kleiner's practice included representation of insurers in coverage matters. While attending Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Kleiner interned for the Honorable Justice Ira Gammerman, Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County.

Mr. Kleiner is admitted to the First Department of the Bar of New York (2003) as well as in the State of New Jersey (2002) and is a member of the New York State Bar Association's Committee on Attorney Professionalism.
