Victoria R. Drogin, Esq. of counsel

Victoria Drogin is an Attorney and an Executive Business Coach and Business Consultant. In the legal arena, she specializes in Construction, Real Estate and Contract law including both transactional work and litigation. Her clients include both corporate and institutional owners, as well as professionals servicing the construction industry.

As a Business Coach, she works with professionals to develop leadership, management, business origination and presentation skills, and to enhance professional fulfillment and achieve life balance. She has significant experience in business development, marketing and branding.

Ms. Drogin is a sought after speaker and has presented seminars on marketing and business development to various organizations, including serving as a faculty panelist since 1997 at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. A lifelong student of Human Nature, in particular the intersection between business and psychology and the role these factors take part in professional and personal success, Ms. Drogin has spoken on a variety of topics that focus on the identification and achievement of personal and professional goals, the psychology of how clients choose their consultants, relationship building, networking and business development skills, career management and professional development.

Ms. Drogin graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Wellesley College. She is admitted to the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York,the New York State Bar and the New Jersey Bar. Ms. Drogin is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Urban Land Institute, and Professional Women in Construction, an affiliate of the National Minority Business Council.
