Project Strategy Consultant

Unique to LePatner & Associates' commitment to value-added service is its in-house project strategy and integration consultant. Although traditional architectural design services are not provided, the consultant's education and experience in architecture and construction allows a perspective of critical importance when advising clients engaged in building activities or in conferring with LePatner & Associates attorneys on design and construction-related matters. The consultant serves as an owner's representative and project manager for clients who desire reliable advocacy during their construction projects.
